Streetbox: Fund increases rental income

With net income of CHF 6.8 million in the 2024/25 financial year, the fund exceeded the previous year's figure by almost 14%.

According to the first annual financial statements since the conversion of the fund into the "Swiss" sub-fund of Streetbox Real Estate SICAV, which was launched at the beginning of the year, the net result for the year increased by CHF 13.6% to CHF 6.8 million. Total income as at March 31 rose byTP3k 8.41 to CHF 12.8 million, while total expenses increased only slightly from CHF 5.8 million to around CHF 6 million. Rental income increased by around CHF 71TP3k to CHF 12.3 million, while the rental loss rate improved from CHF 17.81TP3k to just under CHF 71TP3k. The return on equity rose to around 10% and the return on invested capital to around 7%. Total income doubled from CHF 7.1 million to CHF 15.4 million, primarily due to an increase in the valuation result from CHF 1.5 million to CHF 9.3 million.

The fund acquired the Chemin de Bronjon property in Moudon (VD) for CHF 3.6 million. (aw)
