Procimmo: Issue for Commercial PK completed
The sub-fund of the Procimmo Real Estate SICAV, which focuses on industrial and logistics properties, generated proceeds of over CHF 53 million, mainly for acquisitions.
Procimmo SA has raised CHF 53.2 million for the "Commercial PK" sub-fund of the Procimmo Real Estate SICAV. The subscription period lasted from June 10 to 20. According to the fund management, the new funds will be used to expand the portfolio through acquisitions. Meanwhile, the debt ratio is to remain low. Development projects on properties already under management will also be financed.
The Commercial PK sub-fund invests primarily in industrial, commercial and logistics real estate in western Switzerland. Procimmo announced the capital increase of up to CHF 66 million in March (IB reported).
