Erne Group: CEO becomes shareholder

The founding family of the construction and real estate services provider with 1,200 employees is making Giuseppe Santagada a minority shareholder, thereby sending a signal of continuity.

Giuseppe Santagada, CEO of the Erne Group since January 1, 2024, will become a shareholder of the company. He will assume entrepreneurial responsibility as a minority shareholder, Erne writes in a press release.

"The collaboration with Giuseppe Santagada has been based on partnership, commitment and equality since day one," commented Daniel and Christoph Erne, Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. The appointment is an expression of mutual trust and responsibility towards employees, customers, partners and the family.

The Erne Group was founded in Laufenburg (AG) in 1906. The construction and real estate service provider with 1,200 employees and activities in Switzerland, Germany and Luxembourg is now in its fourth generation of family ownership. (aw)
