CBRE Switzerland: New addition for Research & Consulting

Raphael Schönbächler has been working for the Research & Consulting department of CBRE Switzerland since May 2025. His activities there include publications on the real estate market and strategic consulting.

Schönbächler comes from Avobis, where he has worked as a real estate consultant since July 2023. Prior to that, he worked for ten years for the Consulting and research company Fahrländer Partner Raumentwicklung, which appointed him partner and member of the management board in 2019 (IB reported).
