Good Buildings: Capital increase completed
The fund reaches its issue target of CHF 25 million. The funds are earmarked for projects.
Berninvest, the fund management company of the Good Buildings Swiss Real Estate fund, announces the completion of the latest capital increase. "The very high exercise rate of existing investors underlines the interest in investing in new real estate projects and confirms the confidence in the investment strategy communicated by the fund management," the company writes in a press release.
As planned, the fund will receive new money of CHF 25 million. According to an earlier announcement, the money is earmarked for projects in the cantons of Fribourg and Aarau. (aw)
