Procimmo: Residential PK issue oversubscribed
The sub-fund of the Procimmo Real Estate SICAV raised CHF 67 million in its latest capital increase. According to the information provided, it could have been significantly more.
Procimmo SA, as fund management company for the "Residential PK" sub-fund of the Procimmo Real Estate SICAV, raised a good CHF 67.2 million, thereby increasing the Communicated target volume achieved. The capital increase was reportedly "heavily oversubscribed". In addition to existing investors, new investors also participated in the capital increase, according to Procimmo.
The subscription period lasted from May 26 to June 6 and the shares will be paid out on June 16. The additional capital will be used to acquire several residential properties and make investments in existing properties, in particular extensions. (aw)
