UBS: Logistics Plus increases rental income
A significant increase in rental income in the first half of the year is attributable to acquisitions in the previous year.

In the first half of the 2024/2025 financial year, UBS Logistics Plus recorded an increase in rental income of CHF 3.3 million to CHF 25.6 million, while expenses rose by CHF 1.4 million to CHF 11.4 million. Net income increased by CHF 1.4 million and total income improved from CHF 13.8 million to CHF 15.3 million on the basis of a virtually unchanged valuation contribution.
The increase in rental income is the result of acquisitions in the previous financial year and the completed construction project in Bülach, which has been recognized in income since February 2025.
However, the rental loss rate rose from 1.4% in the first half of 2024 to 2.9%, which the fund management attributes to the vacancy of a single-tenant industrial property in Cousset, among other things. The vacancy resulted from the insolvency of the previous tenant in the previous financial year. According to the information provided, a new rental agreement for a partial area of around 2,500 sqm was concluded on March 1. (aw)
