Güttingen: Foundation stone laid for three apartment buildings
The St. Gallen developer Fortimo is building 37 condominiums in the municipality in the canton of Thurgau.
Fortimo Invest AG announces the official laying of the foundation stone for its project in Güttingen (TG). Initial work on the project began back in March, with completion scheduled for winter 2026/27.
The "See-wies" development is being built near the shores of Lake Constance and comprises three apartment buildings with 37 condominiums. The units are being built to the Minergie standard with controlled ventilation. (aw)
