Procimmo: Shares in Solutions & Funds sold
Procimmo has now announced the completion of the transaction, which was announced as part of a strategic realignment.
Procimmo Group AG has sold its shares in Solutions & Funds SA, according to a press release. The shares were transferred "in favor of an existing shareholder" of the fund manager based in Morges. Procimmo announced its exit from Solutions & Funds in April last year (IB reported). As part of a strategic realignment, the company also applied for its own Finma license as a fund management company. Procimmo now manages the funds in-house.
According to previous information, Procimmo held slightly less than half of the shares and Solutions % Funds.
