Von Graffenried Immobilien SICAV completes issue
With proceeds of just under CHF 47 million, the capital increase remained within the communicated target range.
The real estate fund "Von Graffenried Immobilien SICAV - GR Immobilien Schweiz" completed its capital increase in May. The issue, which was carried out on a "best effort" basis, comprised the subscription of 416,819 new shares, which corresponds to issue proceeds of CHF 46.49 million. According to the fund management company Solution and Funds SA, the fresh funds will be used to reduce the debt ratio, for ongoing projects and the purchase of new properties.
Shortly before the start of the subscription period, an issue target of CHF 40 to 60 million was announced (IB reported). (aw)
