Procimmo: Group increases profit significantly
The company, which has just restructured the management of its funds, is significantly increasing its dividend.
Procimmo Group AG closed its 2024 financial year with a significantly higher profit and is reporting a record year with increased profitability. Consolidated profit rose by CHF 24% to CHF 17.0 million, which according to the press release was due to the increase in management income, rental income and transaction volume. The dividend is to amount to 28 centimes per registered share, which corresponds to an increase of 40 % compared to the previous year.
The year was marked in particular by a reorganization of asset management activities. These were previously divided between a 100% Procimmo subsidiary and Solutions & Funds SA, in which Procimmo held a good 48% of the shares. Procimmo decided to sell this holding and at the same time initiated the reorganization of the assets of CHF 4 bn into two separate SICAVs.
