IPB: Builders' association with new president
Martin Munz succeeds Marc Derron as President of the interest group of private professional developers, which represents a real estate investment volume of more than CHF 225 billion.
The interest group of private professional builders has a new president. At the Annual General Meeting on March 26, Marc Derron from Pensimo Management AG did not stand for re-election after six years in office. His successor at the head of the IPB is Martin Munz, Head of Development Acquisition at UBS Fund Management. Thomas Gianora from Zürcher Kantonalbank and Marco Ziegler from Swiss Re Management Ltd were newly elected to the Board at the AGM. Stefan Bossard (Post Real Estate), Stefan Frehner (Remnex AG) and Till Lokai (Helvetia Insurance) were confirmed as members of the Board.
Founded in 1992, the association represents a real estate investment volume of more than CHF 225 billion, with the annual construction volume of its members totaling around CHF 8 billion.
