Immo Helvetic: Issue reaches target volume
The real estate fund raised CHF 78 million for acquisitions and the repayment of loans.
The fund management company Berninvest announces the completion of the latest capital increase for the Immo Helvetic real estate fund. The fund has received new money in the amount of CHF 78.0 million. the announced volume has thus been achieved. A total of 400,000 new shares were subscribed at an issue price of CHF 195.00 net per share. The subscription period ran from May 13 to 22.
According to the announcement, the new funds are earmarked to replace external funds and to finance new buildings and acquisitions. (aw)
