Patrimonium plans issue for Swiss Real Estate Fund
The capital increase is scheduled to begin at the end of June and will raise up to CHF 100 million for acquisitions.
The Patrimonium Swiss Real Estate Fund has announced a capital increase. The subscription period is expected to run from June 23 to July 4. The issue is expected to raise capital in the region of CHF 80 to 100 million. Patrimonium intends to use the additional funds to purchase existing properties, finance conversion and development projects and optimize the financing ratio. The issue will be carried out on a commission basis ("best effort basis") as part of a public subscription offer in Switzerland. (aw)
