Zurich: Retail space let on Talacker
An Italian coffee bar chain is moving near Paradeplatz. Colliers Switzerland acted as agent.
On behalf of the owner Swiss Prime Site Immobilien, Colliers Switzerland has brokered a 293 square meter space to Café Pascucci with the wine shop Sagino from Baar as tenant. The Italian coffee bar chain Pasucci operates branches in several countries and will open its first Swiss location in the property not far from Paradeplatz, according to Colliers.
