The fund management company Procimmo SA has set the target volume for the upcoming capital increase of the "Real Estate SICAV - Residential PK" fund. According to the announcement, a maximum amount of CHF 66 million is to be raised on the capital market for the issue of 426,117 new shares. The sub-fund of the SICAV is the former "Real Estate-CH for Institutional 56J" fund.

The subscription period runs from May 26 to June 6. The payment of the new shares is scheduled for June 16. The proceeds from the capital increase will be used to acquire several residential properties that are already in the fund's investment pipeline. Investments in properties with the potential to increase rental income are also to be realized - "in particular through increases", as Procimmo announces.

The capital increase was first announced in April, with an issue volume of CHF 50 to 80 million (IB reported). (aw)
