Edmond de Rothschild's Bridge fund, which specializes in infrastructure loans, is structuring the financing of four hydrogen production sites for the pioneering Lhyfe project. The vehicle is investing a total of EUR 53 million in the construction of four plants in France and Germany. With a capacity of 30 MW, the project marks a concrete step towards large-scale renewable hydrogen production, the fund writes in a press release. Bridge is also supporting a key sector for European energy sovereignty and the decarbonization of industry.

"Green hydrogen production fits perfectly into our infrastructure loan portfolio," says Jean-Francis Dusch, CIO of Bridge.
