Immo Helvetic announces issue in May

Berninvest AG, the fund management company of Immo Helvetic, has announced a capital increase. The issue is scheduled to start on May 13 and will involve the issue of up to 400,000 units. At a subscription price of CHF 195 per share, this would raise CHF 78 million.

It is planned that the issue proceeds will be used to redeem borrowed funds and to finance new buildings and acquisitions. The subscription period ends on May 22. (aw)
