SPSS IFC: New capital increase for Light Industrial
The Swiss Prime Site Solutions fund is targeting an issue volume of CHF 80 million. A corresponding deal pipeline has been established.
Swiss Prime Site Solutions has announced the third capital increase for the Investment Fund Commercial (SPSS IFC). The subscription period runs from March 10 to 21 and the fund units are to be paid out on March 28. With a maximum issue volume of just under 780,000 new units at CHF 102.95, this means potential proceeds of around CHF 80 million.
The additional funds are earmarked for the expansion of the portfolio with a focus on "Light Industrial". A deal pipeline has been set up specifically for the capital increase. The fund also wants to reduce the debt ratio where possible. (aw)
