Warteck Invest: Issue to raise up to 95 million
The real estate company has announced the details of its capital increase. It will start on June 6.
On May 31, the Board of Directors of Warteck Invest AG resolved to issue up to 61,875 new registered shares. The number of shares corresponds to 25% of the current shares. The offer price per share was set at CHF 1,530, resulting in maximum gross proceeds of around CHF 94.7 million.
The net proceeds will be used to finance investments in the existing project pipeline and for new properties and projects. The remaining funds are earmarked for the reduction of financial liabilities as well as for general corporate purposes and to strengthen the equity base.
The subscription period runs from June 6 to 17. The first day of trading is scheduled for June 19. (aw)
