Avadis AST: Capital increase for medium-sized centers oversubscribed

Instead of CHF 50 million as announced, the Real Estate Switzerland Residential Mid-Cities investment group raised CHF 70 million in its latest issue. The 500 million mark is approaching for the portfolio.
