Epic Suisse increased total income in Q1
Epic Suisse has presented its figures for the first quarter. Accordingly, total income, which includes rental and other income, increased to CHF 16.8 million (Q1 2022: CHF 15.6 million).
The portfolio is valued at CHF 1.52 billion as at the end of March. The value is made up of investment properties in operation, which amounted to CHF 1.450 billion (end of 2022: CHF 1.448 billion), and development properties. The latter increased from CHF 54 million to CHF 66 million since the end of the year.
Epic states total liabilities to banks at CHF 595 million. This figure is virtually unchanged (Dec 31, 2022: CHF 596 million). The NAV according to IFRS stands at CHF 827 million and has increased slightly since the end of 2022 (CHF 818 million). (aw)
