In the current year, the SF Commercial Properties Fund reports a number of leasing successes. The vast majority of the total rental income is indexed, the fund management states.

The space will offer personal training as well as fitness and lifestyle coaching in the future.

- For the property at Via San Gottardo 18a in Castione, a lease agreement for 1,450 sqm of warehouse and commercial space with a term of twelve years has been concluded with an industrial company.
The WAULT is almost six years, and 91% of the total rental income is indexed and can therefore be adjusted for inflation, the fund points out. (ah)
