Cronos Immo Fund expands portfolio by 8 properties in Q2

The fund has reached a volume of CHF 772 million and is planning a capital increase and IPO soon.

Total assets of the Cronos Immo Fund increased to CHF 772.2 million as of 6/30, with a leverage ratio of 31.26%. The Fund acquired eight properties in Q2 for a total purchase price of CHF 49.5 million. Four of these properties were contributed in kind. Three of the properties are located in the canton of Fribourg, namely two residential buildings built in 1989 and 1992 in Romont and a commercial property built in 2017 in the city center of Fribourg. Another newly constructed building is located in Valais, in the municipality of Fully. In addition, there was the purchase of a building in the city center of Renens (VD), which was completely renovated, and a building constructed in 2016 in Yvonand (VD). The other two properties are located in the city center of Lausanne and Pully. The Fund has also acquired a plot of land in Bulle (La Tour-de-Trême sector) where construction of a building with 15 apartments is starting for a total investment of CHF 7.8 million.

Fund faces capital increase and IPO

The fund, managed by Cronos Finance SA, plans a CHF 55 million capital increase from August 24 to September 8. At the end of Q3 2022, the fund plans to go public on the SIX Swiss Exchange. (aw)
