Immo22 records record number of visitors
For its tenth anniversary, the real estate fair Immo22 has recorded new highs in terms of visitor and exhibitor numbers, report the organizers.
After the Swiss real estate fair for investors Immo took place last year as an online event due to a pandemic, 2,020 visitors and 130 exhibitors gathered on site at Hall 622 in Zurich Oerlikon for Immo22 on January 19 and 20. Thus the visitor and exhibitor numbers marked new highs, communicate MV Invest and Swiss Circle. The two co-organizers therefore draw a positive conclusion despite the aggravated circumstances due to the ongoing covid pandemic.
The accompanying Immo Forum congress featured 34 panel discussions with 125 speakers, with sustainability, foreign investment and digitalization among the most important topics. Here, the organizers continued the hybrid event format with a live broadcast; according to their figures, there were 2,634 online connections.
A Start Up Corner was newly launched as part of Immo22, in which 16 young companies from the PropTech and ConTech (Construction Technology) sectors presented themselves. (ah)
