Swiss Life AM: Corpus Sireo to be fully integrated
Swiss Life Asset Managers will fully integrate the German asset manager Corpus Sireo, based in Cologne, on 1 August 2021.
According to Swiss Life Asset Managers, from the end of 2021 both companies will operate uniformly in the market as Swiss Life Asset Managers. Swiss Life AM had already set the course for the merger in 2019 with the establishment of its German holding company; at that time, the former head of Corpus Sireo's project development division, Anett Barsch, joined the Swiss Life Management Board. She remains responsible for the development business there.
Corpus Managing Director Franz Krewel also retains his position in the German management of Swiss Life AM, where he is responsible for asset management and corporate client services, among other things. Per Erikson, who replaced Tina Störmer in the position last year, will remain CEO of Germany. Swiss Life acquired Corpus Sireo in 2014. (bw)
