Baloise Swiss Property Fund: Capital increase in August

As announced by Baloise Asset Management AG, the capital increase will be carried out from 10 August 2021 to 19 August 2021 (12:00 noon). The fresh funds are to be used to finance the acquisition of a real estate portfolio with a market value of around CHF 185.2 million, as announced in June. The sellers of the properties are Basler Versicherung AG, Basel and Basler Leben AG, Basel. For the acquisition of the properties, FINMA has granted the fund management company an exemption from the prohibition of takeovers by related parties pursuant to Art. 63 para. 4 CISA in conjunction with Art. 32a CISO. Art. 32a CISO. The Fund Management Company also intends to borrow approximately CHF 50 million for the purchase of the properties. (bw)
