Bonainvest Holding AG increased its share capital by approximately CHF 8,119,887 on July 2, 2020. As the company announces, 93,601 shares were issued at an issue price of CHF 86.75 per registered share; 26 existing and new shareholders contributed the funds.
The payment took place as of June 29, 2020. The share capital now nominally amounts to CHF 31.7 million and the market capitalization is now 275.0 million. The inflowing financial resources will be used for the realization of real estate projects in planning, development and construction as well as for the purchase of new, attractive properties in line with the strategy.
The group reported total assets of 416 million and a market capitalization of 264.6 million in fiscal 2019. The market capitalization is now 275.0 million. (bw)
