WM Capital and Mimco to cooperate
Swiss asset manager WM Capital and Luxembourg-based asset and investment manager Mimco Capital have entered into a real estate investment partnership.

The aim of the collaboration is to "develop tailor-made real estate investments for European and international investors," the two companies say.
WM Capital intends to bring its experience in portfolio management and with family offices to the collaboration. In addition, the company will gain access to Mimco products that are not freely available on the market, according to the statement. WM Capital said it recently invested in two of Mimco's real estate funds.
Mimco expects the cooperation to enable it to expand its position in the real estate investment market and further develop its range of services with a view to high-caliber international investors, according to Mimco. WM Capital already covers Monaco, Geneva and Dubai as a family office.
"Switzerland broadens our perspectives and offers promising potential for new business opportunities. That's why we want to offer our products in Switzerland for the first time in the second quarter of 2020," says Christophe Coutteau, Business Development Director. (ah)
