Avobis and Uniqure distribute mortgage software
Avobis Group and Uniqure Software Development form a joint venture to distribute software for digitally handling the mortgage process.
The joint venture will be called Avobis Uniquare, with each company holding 50% of the shares. With the foundation, the distribution of the software is to be started, the companies announce.
The software product, which has been adapted for the Swiss market, enables the entire mortgage process to be handled digitally, the company adds. Customer relationship management (CRM) can also be integrated, and the product can be used as a SaaS (software as a service) model.
Bank Vontobel has already been using the application since this year. They say that with the digital application they are much faster and fewer errors happen in the entire loan processing, Avobis quotes the Head of Risk Control at Bank Vontobel. (ah)
