Investis invests in startup Flatfox
Investis is once again taking a stake in a digital real estate service provider. The real estate company has acquired a block of shares in Flatfox.
Investis has acquired 10.8 percent of the share capital of Flatfox AG in a financing round. Investis is not disclosing the amount of the purchase price. In addition to the Investis Group, Ringier Digital Ventures and Helvetia Venture Fund are also involved in the financing round.
Flatfox is a startup from Zurich and provides digital services for property management. Via the company's online platform, private individuals and administrations can digitize the rental process of residential properties.
The investment in Flatfox is based on an already existing, successful business relationship between the real estate service provider Privera, which belongs to the Investis Group, and the startup, Investis says.
