Implenia: Modernisation & Development with new management
Implenia's Modernization & Development division has filled two management positions with Philippe Kaufmann and Reimer Siegert.
Philippe Kaufmann has been Head of Real Estate Consulting at Implenia since 1 January 2018. This division brings together expertise in property strategies, portfolio development, portfolio analyses and product design. Kaufmann succeeds Dr Christian Kraft, who is moving to the Real Estate Management Competence Center at the IFZ of the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
Reimer Siegert took over the strategic and operational management of the Acquisition & Sales division on 1 October 2017. He is responsible for all real estate and land transactions throughout Switzerland.
