PSP: Leases to Regus and Westhive
PSP Swiss Property has signed two leases with co-working providers Westhive and Regus. Westhive rents 1,660 sqm in Zurich West and Regus 1,700 sqm in Wallisellen.
Regus, a well-known operator of business centers, will occupy around 1,700 sqm in the "Businesspark Richtistrasse" in Wallisellen from mid-2018. The company has also been active in the PSP property at Steinentorberg 8/12 in Basel since 2010.
As PSP Swiss Property further announces, Westhive will offer co-working spaces for start-ups and companies in the marketing and technology sector on the leased space of 1,660 sqm at Hardturmstrasse 161/Förrlibuckstrasse 150 in Zurich West from April 2018.
The importance of co-working is increasing, according to the real estate company. Negotiations are underway for further such locations. In Zurich, for example, Satellite Office at Bahnhofstrasse 10, Spaces at Bleicherweg 10 and Daycrunch at Limmatquai 4 and Hardturmstrasse 185 are rented in PSP properties.
With its seven billion CHF real estate portfolio, the listed real estate company is represented in the most important Swiss economic centers.
