Is there a capital increase for Schroder ImmoPLUS?
The fund management of Schroder ImmoPLUS is considering a capital increase. The proceeds will be used to finance further acquisitions, among other things.

Schroder Investment Management (Switzerland) has announced that the fund management of Schroder ImmoPLUS is considering a capital increase. The fund was launched in December 1997 and invests in real estate in well-developed locations throughout Switzerland - preferably in profitable commercial properties in economically strong regions.
The fund management intends to use the proceeds from the capital increase both for acquisitions and to invest in the portfolio's existing properties, the statement continues. The acquisition of a commercial property in German-speaking Switzerland with a value of CHF 65 million is already planned for the coming weeks. The property has been let to a well-known tenant with a good credit rating. The fund management did not initially provide any more detailed information.
Schroders Real Estate currently manages real estate assets (AuM) of around CHF 16 billion. In Switzerland, Schroders manages assets of over two billion with Schroder ImmoPLUS and the Zurich Investment Foundation Real Estate Europe Direct investment group (as at 30.09.2017).
