Valres Swiss Residential: Listing still in December
The Valres Swiss Residential real estate fund will go public on December 11, 2017, according to the fund's management.
The listing of the fund on the SIX Swiss Exchange is a milestone, Valres Fund Management says. The Valres Swiss Residential Fund (VSRF) is thus the company's first real estate fund to be made available to a broad public.
The IPO of the real estate fund had been announced in October. The fund invests mainly in residential buildings or in mixed residential and commercial properties mainly in French-speaking Switzerland. VSRF currently holds 36 properties in its portfolio.
