Steiner Investment Foundation raises 34 million
The "Swiss Development Residential" investment group of the Steiner Investment Foundation has completed its third issue. It received funds totaling CHF 34.4 million.
According to the Steiner Investment Foundation, existing and 13 new investors have subscribed to shares at an issue price of CHF 111.14 per share. The NAV per entitlement was CHF 109.50 as at September 30, 2017.
According to the self-managed Steiner Investment Foundation, more than 30 pension funds from all over Switzerland have now joined. The purpose of the tax-exempt foundation is the asset management of investment solutions exclusively for Swiss pension funds.
Just a few days ago The groundbreaking ceremony for a residential development in Pfäffikon (ZH) which is owned by the "Swiss Development Residential" investment group. It acquired the site in May of this year - it was the investment group's first land purchase.
