UBS "Anfos" fund: capital increase planned
UBS Fund Management plans to increase the capital of the "Anfos" real estate fund at the end of November or beginning of December. Up to CHF 122 million is to be raised from investors.
The UBS (CH) Property Fund - Swiss Residential "Anfos" invests predominantly in residential buildings in German-speaking Switzerland, with the majority of investments concentrated in large cities and their agglomerations. According to the fund management company, the aim of the planned capital increase is to raise additional funds for the purchase of properties, the financing of renovations and construction projects and the repayment of debt financing.
The issue price will consist of the net asset value as at the end of September 30, 2017 after distribution plus accrued income up to the payment date and the issue commission. The exact terms of the capital increase are to be announced in mid-November 2017.
