According to Swiss Finance & Property Investment, 99.8 percent of the registered shares offered in the capital increase were acquired through the exercise of subscription rights. The 1,072 shares offered, which were not subscribed, were fully placed in the free placement.

The first trading day of the newly created shares is expected to be July 7, 2017. After the capital increase, there will be approximately 2.8 million registered shares with a par value of CHF 12.60 in circulation.
