Immo Helvetic with "best business year ever
The Immo Helvetic real estate fund posted a performance of over 15 percent for the 2016 financial year, and other key figures also developed positively. The fund management therefore speaks of the best financial year since the fund was established.

Immo Helvetic of Berninvest AG achieved a performance of 15.04 percent and an investment return of 5.74 percent in 2016 (previous year: 6.07%). Total fund assets increased slightly from CHF 933.5 to 935.6 million.
Net rental income increased by around 6.55 percent to CHF 46.5 million. The reason for the increase was the rental income from the new construction projects in Konolfingen, Laupen (BE) and the rental income from the sold property in Altstätten (SG), which generated rental income in full from the 2016 financial year, Berninvest says.
Net income amounted to around 27 million, an increase of around 3.8 percent compared with the previous year (around 26 million).
