JLL new valuation expert for AXA Immovation funds
AXA Investment Managers Schweiz AG has appointed JLL as the new external valuation expert for the two AXA Innovation funds.
JLL was mandated with the valuation of properties belonging to the two AXA Immovation funds AXA Immovation Commercial and AXA Immovation Residential.
The funds currently comprise a total of 49 properties with an investment volume of just under CHF 760 million. Of these, JLL will value 29 properties with an investment volume of around 390 million. In addition to the semi-annual valuation of the existing portfolio of the two real estate investment funds, JLL is also responsible for purchase valuations, among other things.
JLL is also a valuation expert for AXA insurance portfolios
The JLL valuation team consists of FINMA-certified valuation experts Daniel Macht and Patrik Stillhart.
The real estate service provider has already been a valuation expert for the AXA Leben AG and AXA Versicherungen AG insurance portfolios since 2013.
