MobiFonds Swiss Property invests directly in real estate assets and real estate projects in Switzerland, preferably in economically strong regions and their agglomerations. The aim is to achieve a broadly diversified portfolio in terms of regions, types of use (with a focus on residential buildings), property sizes and tenant mix. The fund invests not only in real estate assets and building land suitable for immediate development, but also in undeveloped land that is being developed through development projects. (ah)
