Migros prepares to close Ex Libris

The chain's 15 stores will cease operations at the end of the year, with Galaxus taking over the online business.

According to a statement from Migros, the stationary business of the Ex Libris bookshop chain is to be discontinued. The 15 branches are to be closed by the end of the year. The subsidiary's online business will be transferred to Glaxus. The integration is to be completed by mid-2027, according to reports. Ex Libris is the leading online bookseller in Switzerland.
