SFP: Housing Platform Makes Acquisition in Denmark
Viga Real Estate, a subsidiary jointly owned by SFP and Pictet, has acquired just under 100 apartments in the Greater Copenhagen area.

Through its majority-owned subsidiary Viga Real Estate, the Swiss Finance & Property Group has acquired a project in Denmark comprising 96 apartments. With the «Delta» project, the residential real estate investment platform—a joint venture with Pictet Alternative Advisors—will expand its portfolio in the Scandinavian country to approximately 650 apartments. In 2024, the platform completed the Gateway project, one of the largest residential real estate transactions in the Nordic countries that year.
«Delta» is a residential property in Vallensbæk Strand in the Greater Copenhagen area. The property covers a total area of approximately 9,466 square meters, spread across two high-rise buildings. «Built in 2007, the property benefits from a prime location with direct access to the light rail and commuter rail networks, making the center of Copenhagen easily accessible,» writes SFP. The average apartment size is approximately 100 square meters. «This acquisition is based on our continued confidence in the Copenhagen residential market, which is characterized by limited supply and a very dynamic local economy,» says Linus Nilsson, Head of Nordics, Real Estate at Pictet Alternative Advisors.
