Zug: First building permit application for Gimenen pertains only to infrastructure development

Of the 17,218 square meters of the municipal Gimenen parcel, only 8,482 square meters are located within the building zone. The city and neighboring property owners disputed the issue of utility connections all the way to the Administrative Court.
