Grenchen: Marketing Launch for the Belano Project
A total of 71 apartments are being built for the investor HIG Immobilien Anlage Stiftung.
Rental of the 71 apartments in the new «Belano Zuhause» senior and multigenerational housing complex in Grenchen (SO) began on July 1. Residents are expected to move in during the summer of 2027. According to Belano, construction is proceeding as planned.
At Girardstrasse 1/3/5/7 in Grenchen, 71 rental apartments are being built in three apartment buildings, along with a reception area, a cafeteria, a fitness room, and a studio, as well as various commercial spaces and a daycare center.
The investor is HIG Immobilien Anlage Stiftung of Zurich. Erard Immobilien GmbH of Grenchen is handling the leasing. The construction project was designed by SSM Architekten AG of Solothurn and Grenchen and carried out by VB Architekten of Thun.
