Immofonds Suburban Buys Apartments in Aargau
The recently acquired property in Küttigen-Rombach consists of three buildings.
Following a capital increase in the spring and an acquisition in Peseux, the Suburban real estate fund has acquired another residential property in Rombach, in the canton of Aargau. The three buildings on the property were constructed in 1959 and renovated in the early 2000s. Rombach is part of the municipality of Küttigen, located in the immediate vicinity of the city of Aarau. Immofonds reports the total rental area of the 36 apartments as 1,540 square meters. The property also includes over 30 parking spaces. An energy-efficiency renovation, including upgrades to the building envelope, is scheduled to take place over the next ten years.
According to Immofonds, the proceeds from the capital increase in the spring have been largely invested in the two acquisitions in Rombach and Peseux. Following this acquisition, the fund’s portfolio comprises a total of 15 properties with a value of approximately 160 million CHF.
