Basel: Office building on Claraplatz fully let
The last office space in the Untere Rebgasse 7 office building in Basel has been let with a rental agreement for 217 square meters.
Colliers Switzerland has secured another tenant for the property at Untere Rebgasse 7 in Basel on behalf of the owner Axa Investment Managers Switzerland. With the letting of around 217 square meters of office space, the office building is now fully let. According to Colliers, the tenant on the 5th floor is a company from the healthcare sector.
The property with a total area of 649 sqm is located directly on Claraplatz. According to a press release, an engineering company moved into around 430 m² of office space on two floors back in May 2025. This is likely to be the construction and energy service provider Basenco. (aw)
