Zurich: Full occupancy on Josefstrasse
After Migros moved out of an office building in Kreis 5, Colliers Switzerland found five new tenants.
On behalf of Pensimo Management AG, Colliers Switzerland has acquired five new tenants for the Josefstrasse 212 office building in Zurich. More than 5,000 square meters had become vacant in the building following the departure of the former anchor tenant Migros. The property is owned by the Turidomus real estate investment foundation and is located not far from Zurich Hardbrücke station in district 5.
The tenants are Swissquote Bank AG (2,600 sqm), the building technology planner
HHM Hefti Hess Martignoni Zürich AG (410 sqm), the PR agency Berta Kommunikationsplan AG (940 sqm), the communications technology specialist Fotokite AG (430 sqm) and the headquarters of the Swiss Youth Hostels (940 sqm).
