Robotics manufacturer Neura Robotics Switzerland AG, an internationally active high-tech company, is moving into the Intercityhaus at Zollikerstrasse 141 in Zurich. The Seefeld district will thus become the Swiss development location for humanoid robotics. Colliers Switzerland has let the 1,800 square meters of exhibition and office space on behalf of the owner. Of this, 600 square meters have already been occupied, with a further 1,200 square meters to follow in February and June. With the occupation of this space, Neura will assume the role of anchor tenant in the building.

At the new location, the high-tech company from Metzingen (Germany) intends to drive forward research, development and partner collaborations in the field of physical AI. A particular focus is on the holistic development of the humanoid robot 4NE1 («for anyone»).

«Zurich Seefeld is one of the city's most dynamic and international districts and an important deep-tech hotspot that benefits from its close proximity to the ETH robotics labs and leading research institutions,» says David Reger, founder and CEO of Neura, commenting on the location decision. The location combines «excellent infrastructure with a high quality of life», he adds.
