Immofonds Suburban has acquired a residential property in Solothurn. It was built in 1990 and is located on Heilbronnerstrasse in a residential development just a few minutes« walk from Solothurn West railroad station and not far from the old town.
The property is reportedly fully let and well maintained. It comprises 17 apartments and a total of around 1,400 square meters of living space. The property is to be connected to the district heating network over the next ten years. A PV system has already been installed.
This is the fund's 13th property, increasing the portfolio value to over CHF 130 million.
